Dark Matter (season 3)

{5/5} “Why do you want to come through anyway — grass is always greener on the other side of the interdimensional portal?”

Dark Matter season 3, aired in 2017

An explosion aboard a station housing important diplomats has started a war. Five stopped a bomb from going off on the station. But Ryo, formerly known as Four, blew up the station to incite the war. He also stole the blink drive, and the remaining crew of the Raza want it back. Meanwhile, Three finds out that his wife Sarah is alive as a program inside the ship’s computer.

They pulled out all the stops this season — I wish they had more episodes to explore all their terrific ideas. This is the final season, but it may continue as a comic book.

The show always keeps you on the edge of your seat.

The episode where Three is caught in a time loop is incredible. It’s also always fun when the Raza crew from the alternate universe show up.

Stars Alex Mallari Jr. and Roger Cross.

I previously reviewed season 2.
