4-day work week

A big test of a 4-day work week has been completed, and 92% of the companies who participated are keeping it. Not only did employees love it but employers did as well. How does the reduction in hours affect employees?

  • 71% were less burned out
  • 39% were less stressed
  • 48% were more satisfied
