Her adopted parents take her in again and try to care for her, but she&#8217;s unable to tell them &#8212; or the FBI &#8212; what happened to her or how she got her sight back. Meanwhile, Prairie says her name is &#8220;the OA&#8221; and she asks a group of 5 people to meet her at midnight at an abandoned house for mysterious purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Much of the story is told through flashbacks, in which Brit Marling does a terrific job portraying a blind person.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about near death experiences, mad scientists, and what you can do when you bring a group of people together.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you&#8217;re unsure of the storyline at some point, the actors and characters will keep you coming back.
