But some neo-chimpanzees, a human, and a Tymbrimi are mounting a resistance.<\/p>\n<p>This is Brin&#8217;s masterpiece. It&#8217;s the sequel to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2017\/08\/startide-rising\/\"><strong>Startide Rising<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s complex but not confusing.
