When she sneaks him into the lab, he comes face to face with an alien organism, a symbiote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Venom is a character in the Spider-Ma<\/strong>n comics but this movie isn’t part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s certainly much better than the last time we saw Venom, in Spider-Man 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It has interesting characters and a fine sense of humour. It’s also quite violent. The movie contains Stan Lee’s penultimate cameo. There are 2 mid-credits sequences.* Stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, and Jenny Slate. Directed by Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland<\/strong>). The bombastic music is by Ludwig G\u00f6ransson. Spoiler alert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n *Woody Harrelson is in the 1st one, setting up a sequel.
