Prospect<\/strong>, released in 2018<\/p>\n

Damon and his teenage daughter Cee have been in space for years. When their ship experiences trouble and they land unexpectedly, Damon locates a gem that other prospectors have carelessly left behind. Cee thinks they should cash in and leave this life behind but her father thinks they should stay, looking for a bigger collection of gems. Then they run into a couple of dangerous people.<\/p>\n

Although it’s a bit slow at times, it’s different and I wanted to see what would happen.<\/p>\n

It’s about perseverance, staying calm, and dealing with dangerous individuals.<\/p>\n

The alien planet scenes were filmed in Washington State.<\/p>\n

It has a great look to it, and young actor Sophie Thatcher is one to watch.<\/p>\n
