It is not logical, but it is often true.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Star Trek<\/strong> season 2, aired in 1967-68<\/p>\n<p>When Spock returns to Vulcan to marry his fianc<span data-dobid=\"hdw\">\u00e9<\/span>e things don&#8217;t go according to plan &#8212; he ends up fighting Kirk to the death. When a bunch of diplomats are on board the Enterprise Spock&#8217;s father, Sarek, is stabbed. When the transporter malfunctions in an ion storm the landing party finds themselves in a mirror universe where everyone acts much more ruthlessly. When Kirk is ordered to guard some special grain on a station he finds his job complicated by tribbles.<\/p>\n<p>The 2nd season is already not as good as the 1st &#8212; there are some great episodes but many mediocre ones. I actually skipped a few.<\/p>\n<p>One more quotation: &#8220;The name of the game is called&#8230; uh&#8230; fizzbin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And one more quotation: &#8220;Risk is our business.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Stars DeForest Kelley, James Doohan, and Nichelle Nichols.<\/p>\n<p>Guest stars include Jane Wyatt, Diana Muldaur, William Windom, William Campbell, and Roger C. Carmel.<\/p>\n<p>Episodes in this season were written by Jerome Bixby, Norman Spinrad, and David Gerrold. Others were, of course, written by Gene Roddenbery, Gene L. Coon, and D. C. Fontana.<\/p>\n<p>This is the 2nd time I&#8217;ve seen it.
