A Parks and Recreation Special<\/strong>, aired in 2020<\/p>\n

While everyone is social distancing, Leslie Knope calls her friends regularly to make sure they’re OK. She also wants to get the word out about social distancing, washing hands, and paying attention to your mental health. When Leslie and her friends all do a video chat, they sing a song they all remember from the old days.<\/p>\n

I hadn’t heard the Parks and Recreation <\/strong>theme song in 5 years, and was very happy to hear it again. I was also very happy to see all the brilliant characters from the show.<\/p>\n

The show was filmed to raise money for the charity Feeding America.<\/p>\n

It makes me think that Parks and Recreation <\/strong> will deserve a rewatch at some point.<\/p>\n
