The parents, although wildly in love with each other, don&#8217;t really care for their children. So Tim, Jane, and the twins &#8212; Barnaby and Barnaby &#8212; hatch a plan to get rid of their parents by sending them on a vacation. But they don&#8217;t count on one thing &#8212; their parents hire a nanny.<\/p>\n<p>With a hint of <strong>The Addams Family<\/strong>, the premise and characters are delightfully odd.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t expect scientific accuracy, but do expect lots of fun.<\/p>\n<p>Stars the voices of Martin Short, Jane Krakowski, Maya Rudolph, and Ricky Gervais. Directed by Kris Pearn (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2013\/10\/cloudy-with-a-chance-of-meatballs-2\/\"><strong>Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2<\/strong><\/a>), Cory Evans (storyboard artist on <strong>Norm of the North<\/strong>), and Rob Lodermeier (senior animator on <strong>Escape from Planet Earth<\/strong>).
