They wanted to sweep in with a victory so overwhelming that the round-ears wouldn&#8217;t know what had hit them.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Star Trek: Voyager &#8212; Dark Matters: Cloak and Dagger<\/strong> by Christie Golden, published in 2000<\/p>\n<p>Voyager comes across a bunch of wormholes &#8212; many more than they&#8217;ve ever seen before. Through one they&#8217;re contacted by their old Romulan friend Telek R&#8217;Mor, who warns them of a Romulan plot to capture Voyager. When the Tal Shiar is about to grab Telek, Captain Janeway beams him through the wormhole &#8212; 20 years into the future.<\/p>\n<p>This is the 1st book in a trilogy. It&#8217;s a sequel to the episode &#8220;Eye of the Needle.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s an interesting story, although the crew and ship go through a lot of hardship &#8212; as they do in many episodes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the regulars, Naomi Wildman is featured.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve read 8 books by Golden.
