WandaVision<\/strong>, aired in 2021<\/p>\n What’s really going on in this show is a spoiler for the 1st 3 episodes.<\/p>\n Spoiler alert<\/strong><\/p>\n The FBI comes to Westview and finds a town that no one can get in — it has an energy barrier around it. When Dr. Darcy Lewis shows up she manages to get a TV signal from inside the town. What she sees is Wanda Maximoff and Vision in a 1950s sitcom. In her grief, Wanda has resurrected Vision and is trying to pretend they have a normal life.<\/p>\n The premiere is filmed like an old black and white sitcom, and is very funny. Subsequent episodes reveal more about what’s going on, including some surprising turns. Make sure you have uninterrupted time to watch the finale, because you won’t be able to interrupt it.<\/p>\n The look of the show is stunning — as in The Mandalorian<\/strong>, they’ve spared no expense. As for the story, which takes place after Avengers: Endgame<\/strong> — it’s thrilling.<\/p>\n This is a 9-part miniseries, and is not expected to have a 2nd season. The story will be continued in the next Doctor Strange<\/strong> movie.<\/p>\n The fun sitcom themes for some episodes are by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. The other mysterious music is by Christophe Beck.<\/p>\n Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany were mostly serious in the MCU movies, but here they display perfect comic timing.<\/p>\n Kat Dennings and Randall Park reprise their roles from the Thor<\/strong> and Ant-Man<\/strong> movies, respectively. Other thrilling guest stars include Evan Peters, Emma Caulfield Ford, and Debra Jo Rupp.<\/p>\n Stars Teyonah Parris and Kathryn Hahn.<\/p>\n
