Tuvok has gone AWOL, taking a shuttlecraft towards a singularity, drawn by an unknown intelligence. Voyager is following him, and they have discovered there’s a giant station around the singularity. Everyone on Voyager believes that it’s perfectly natural for Phoebe Janeway to be on board. But in reality an unbelievably advanced being has taken the form of Janeway’s sister.<\/p>\n

This is the sequel to Cohesion<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Naomi Wildman plays a nice part, as does Vorik. The trilogy connects season 5 and 6 nicely, with B’Elanna and Seven getting to know each other better, Tom finding a serial called “Captain Proton,” and Naomi drawing a picture for Janeway.<\/p>\n

It’s about dealing with powerful forces that may not have your best interests at heart.<\/p>\n

This is the 1st novel I’ve read by Beyer. She is co-creator of Star Trek: Picard<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
