Lieutenant Marcello Verdi, not knowing who she is, asks her to put a jess on the warlock &#8212; which she does. But now the warlock, Zaira, and Amalia are tied together forever &#8212; Amelia is her Falconer, the only one who can unleash and releash her power.<\/p>\n<p>Fans of Bennett&#8217;s <strong>Foundryside<\/strong> will enjoy this one.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the first book of a trilogy. It has a terrific sense of humour, and the story is gripping.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about a scheme to trick people into starting a war.
