3rd Rock from the Sun<\/strong> season 1, aired in 1996<\/p>\n Dick, Sally, Harry, and Tommy are from another planet — they’ve taken the form of humans to study the human race. Dick is a professor of physics and finds his office mate Mary intriguing. Tommy goes to school and attempts to make out with a girl. Sally takes charge of a bake sale and treats the mothers like soldiers. After failing at many things, Harry finds something he’s good at — art.<\/p>\n The characters’ reactions to new things like sneezing, Kleenex boxes, and Jello are delightful.<\/p>\n The wacky theme song by Ben Vaughn is perfect.<\/p>\n The comedic timing of the main actors is superb, and they put together a cast that works well together.
