Berenice and her team are at Grattiara, trying to convince the governor to abandon the fortress and bring his thousands of people to Giva. Sancia is on a ship nearby, just in case. But his son has been twinned with Tevanne and it’s all a trap. The enemy is here now, with thousands of soldiers.<\/p>\n

This is the sequel to Shorefall<\/strong><\/a> and concludes the trilogy.<\/p>\n

It’s about what it’s like to be friends with people you can join your thoughts with. It’s about fighting for the world, empathy, and a new kind of society.<\/p>\n

It has a certain oddness to it, and maybe it was a bit long. But it’s a story with characters you care about, and it has a good message.<\/p>\n
