Leslie organizes a harvest festival after many years of not having one &#8212; she also starts dating someone she&#8217;s not supposed to. Ron and Andy coach basketball, Tom invents a cologne, Jerry creates a controversial painting, Ben gives April and Andy advice on how to be adults,\u00a0and Chris reorganizes the department in a way that no one likes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parks and Recreation<\/strong> season 3 originally aired in 2011, starting where <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2012\/12\/parks-and-recreation-season-2\/\">season 2<\/a> left off.<\/p>\n<p>This continues to be a very funny show, and I found this season better than ever &#8212; perhaps having something to do with the fact that now we know the characters pretty well.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Lowe (the TV show <strong>The West Wing<\/strong>) plays Chris\u00a0and Adam Scott (the TV show <strong>Party Down<\/strong>) plays Ben.<\/p>\n<p>Ben Schwartz (the web series <strong>Jake and Amir<\/strong>) plays Tom&#8217;s friend Jean-Ralphio who has lots of money but not much sense.
