I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore<\/strong>, released in 2017<\/p>\n Ruth is a normal person who’s always running into people who are doing absurdly terrible things. Her house gets robbed — it seems like she forgot to lock her door. She does have one close friend, and her kid is all right — she draws a picture of Ruth riding a Stegosaurus. But everyone else seems like a jerk.<\/p>\n If you watch the first minute and are already laughing, this is the movie for you.<\/p>\n It’s about taking charge, and finding friendship where you least expect it.<\/p>\n The ending was too bloody for my taste — I looked away once or twice. Other than that, I loved it.<\/p>\n Melanie Lynskey is magnificent as Ruth.<\/p>\n Stars Elijah Wood, Gary Anthony Williams, and Jane Levy.
