He wrote the screenplay for MirrorMask<\/strong>, and worked on the English version of Princess Mononoke<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I read the book<\/a> — it’s similarly brilliant.<\/p>\n Goldman wrote the screenplays for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid<\/strong>, A Bridge Too Far<\/strong><\/a>, Chaplin<\/strong>, Maverick<\/strong>, and Hearts in Atlantis<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n There’s the movie The Brothers Grimm<\/strong> but it’s not based on fact and not particularly good.<\/p>\n King wrote the stories that were the basis for the science fiction movie The Running Man<\/strong> and miniseries 11.22.63<\/strong><\/a> and the realistic movies Stand By Me<\/strong><\/a>, The Shawshank Redemption<\/strong>, and Hearts in Atlantis<\/strong><\/a>.
