When Nomad destroys a bunch of AI as they&#8217;re running away, Joshua&#8217;s wife Maya and his unborn child are killed too. They&#8217;re looking for Nirrmata, the creator of the AI. Five years later, he works in Los Angeles in a space suit, cleaning up where the bomb hit.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about some humans and AI who can get along, and some who can&#8217;t. It&#8217;s about what happens when your enemy looks like a kid.<\/p>\n<p>It has a stunning look to it.<\/p>\n<p>The movie was largely filmed in Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>Stars John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Allison Janney, and Ken Watanabe. Directed by Gareth Edwards (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2019\/06\/monsters\/\"><strong>Monsters<\/strong><\/a>).
