Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World<\/strong>, released in 2011<\/p>\n Wilbur Wilson has a reality show where he hunts for spies. But he doesn’t know his own wife was a spy. She quit when she had a baby. But now she’s being called back into action to deal with the Time Keeper, whose actions have caused time to speed up.<\/p>\n If you like this movie as a kid, that’s fine. If you liked it as a kid and later think it’s hilarious, that’s OK too. But if you watch this as an adult without any nostalgia for this series, you will be cringing a lot.<\/p>\n Many parts are silly, and a few are disgusting. There’s a lot of slapstick, and things that don’t make sense.<\/p>\n Things that are supposed to be funny are usually not. The puns are the worst I’ve ever heard.<\/p>\n The theme of spending time with your family would be fine except it’s repeated in an absurd way.<\/p>\n One redeeming quality: Child actors Rowan Blanchard and Mason Cook do a good job with what they’re given.<\/p>\n Stars Jessica Alba, Joel McHale, and the voice of Ricky Gervais.<\/p>\n
