He gives some tips for talking with people you disagree with &#8212; he suggests that we try to be more vulnerable, and to concede something.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bUmHABnk9FY\">A Comedian\u2019s Take on How to Save Democracy | Jordan Klepper | TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Malcolm Gladwell, author of <strong>The Tipping Point<\/strong> and other books I&#8217;ve read, explains here that he was wrong about the &#8220;broken windows&#8221; theory of crime. He goes on to make a larger point about acknowledging you could be wrong.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=RmXrwKydM9k\">The Tipping Point I Got Wrong | Malcolm Gladwell | TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nick Hanauer, a guy who became immensely rich because of capitalism, explains the flaws in the economics that is currently widely accepted. He espouses a new economics that is more equitable, prosperous, and sustainable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=th3KE_H27bs\">The dirty secret of capitalism &#8212; and a new way forward | Nick Hanauer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Luis Von Ahn, one of the creators of Duolingo, describes how they made learning a new language almost as addictive as social media apps. He wanted a way to deliver education to poor people around the world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=P6FORpg0KVo\">How to Make Learning as Addictive as Social Media | Duolingo&#8217;s Luis Von Ahn | TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Charles Duhigg, a journalist, demonstrates how to have a better conversation.
