She&#8217;s now running a trial on rates to try to figure out which neurons are damaged in Losian&#8217;s. She&#8217;s lost her funding but will keep going for the next month in case a breakthrough is made. Her daughter Carrie has the disease too, so everything is riding on a treatment. Her old friend Carson, who works at NASA, comes by with a proposal she doesn&#8217;t want to take but can&#8217;t ignore.<\/p>\n<p>It will grab you right away &#8212; why is the mother of a sick kid going into space?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a thriller wrapped in a science fiction wrapper. It&#8217;s a medical mystery, and a murder mystery in space with only one suspect.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about being lied to about something incredibly important, and what you would be willing to do if you were addicted.<\/p>\n<p>This is the 1st book I&#8217;ve read by Hart.
