She’s now running a trial on rates to try to figure out which neurons are damaged in Losian’s. She’s lost her funding but will keep going for the next month in case a breakthrough is made. Her daughter Carrie has the disease too, so everything is riding on a treatment. Her old friend Carson, who works at NASA, comes by with a proposal she doesn’t want to take but can’t ignore.<\/p>\n It will grab you right away — why is the mother of a sick kid going into space?<\/p>\n It’s a thriller wrapped in a science fiction wrapper. It’s a medical mystery, and a murder mystery in space with only one suspect.<\/p>\n It’s about being lied to about something incredibly important, and what you would be willing to do if you were addicted.<\/p>\n This is the 1st book I’ve read by Hart.
