She&#8217;s unhappy when she finds out she&#8217;s pregnant as she&#8217;s planning on leaving her husband in a couple of months &#8212; she&#8217;s secretly saving up money. Becky and Dawn, her coworkers, don&#8217;t envy her because they know Earl is a terrible person. When Jenna asks her husband if she can enter a pie making contest he says no.<\/p>\n<p>This movie is about what happens when you want to leave your terrible husband but can&#8217;t afford to. It&#8217;s also about supporting your friends through whatever&#8217;s happening with them.<\/p>\n<p>The situation is serious, but there are funny parts. The friendship between the three waitresses is delightful.<\/p>\n<p>The most tragic behind-the-scenes fact: The director, Adrienne Shelly, who also played Dawn, was murdered shortly after this movie was made.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Griffith has a very nice part.<\/p>\n<p>Stars Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, Cheryl Hines, and Jeremy Sisto.
