Captain Archer has been imprisoned along with the rest of his crew by the Denari — he’s planning on getting out, though. When Phlox slips Archer a hypospray to knock out the guard, that’s the signal for the jail break.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Trip has figured out that the cause of all this trouble is that they’ve inadvertently made their way into an alternate universe. He’s also realized that General Sadir overthrew the Denari government with the help of Starfleet technology — which he got from someone he knew in his own universe.<\/p>\n

This is the sequel to Daedalus<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

This novel is about agreeing to meet people you dislike in order to combat a larger threat. It’s about finding someone who is your doppelganger’s son.<\/p>\n

It’s a worthy conclusion to the duology.<\/p>\n
