There&#8217;s another ship in range, but it waits a long time to answer. Ada is in a suit with the oxygen running low by the time they come near enough for rescue. Ada was scavenging metal from a crashed ship on an inhospitable planet, and the people on the Halifax are also scavenging but are hazy on the details.<\/p>\n<p>This is a novella.<\/p>\n<p>It has a delightful tone, and&nbsp;I will definitely read the sequel.
