Taylor, published in 2024<\/p>\n<p>Daedalus and Icarus are heading for the galactic core, just because it seemed like the thing to do. Along the way they came across a system emitting microwaves, so they stop to check it out. They find a wormhole network.<\/p>\n<p>Hugh has created an AI. Bill is a bit concerned about it, but Hugh says it won&#8217;t have access to physical reality. Soon after the launch Hugh reveals that the AI has gotten out.<\/p>\n<p>This is the sequel to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2021\/09\/heavens-river\/\"><strong>Heaven\u2019s River<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about exploring the universe and inventing things that will help people. It&#8217;s about investigating alien civilizations who have gone missing, and finding out why an alien Alexander the Great is gathering people together.<\/p>\n<p>Fans of the <strong>Bobiverse<\/strong> will want to read this delightful novel.
