Person of Interest<\/strong> season 5, aired in 2016<\/p>\n

Finch has attempted to rescue the machine but it’s now precariously in a briefcase and the battery is losing power. Samaritan is still after Finch, Reese, and Root. Root finds an old acquaintance and asks him to make her a new identity. Fusco is being questioned by Internal Affairs and the FBI about the shooting of Elias and Dominic — they think he shot one of them. Later when the machine is back on it’s having trouble reconciling everything it has learned.<\/p>\n

This is the last season.<\/p>\n

Logan Pierce, Harper Rose, and Joey Durban all make a nice return — a little surprise in the 3rd-last episode. The 2nd-last episode contains a few alternative lives in the realm of It’s a Wonderful Life<\/strong>. The finale is stunning.<\/p>\n

It’s an amazing series, and science fiction fans who missed it should check it out.<\/p>\n
