As rookies, the other cops think they shouldn&#8217;t be doing anything difficult. Judy finds a piece of snake skin, which is odd because snakes haven&#8217;t been seen in Zootopia in decades. This leads her and Nick to discover the shocking truth about the founding of Zootopia and the people desperate to keep it a secret.<\/p>\n<p>This is the sequel to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2016\/06\/zootopia\/\"><strong>Zootopia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s funny but many of the jokes are puns and other things that aren&#8217;t really that funny. It&#8217;s worth watching for fans of the original, but the story is well worn. It&#8217;s worth watching for the characters and the world.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot going on, so you&#8217;ll have to pay attention.<\/p>\n<p>Shakira voices a gazelle &#8212; her song is catchy.<\/p>\n<p>Stars the voices of Ke Huy Quan, Fortune Feimster, and Andy Samberg. Directed by Jared Bush (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2022\/05\/encanto\/\"><strong>Encanto<\/strong><\/a>) and Byron Howard (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2023\/02\/tangled\/\"><strong>Tangled<\/strong><\/a>).
