Supergirl: The Flying Game<\/strong> by Peter David, published in 1998<\/p>\n Andrea was hurt and alone on Mt. Everest and Zed One went to rescue her — but he got trapped too. Eventually his genetically engineered body merged with her and now he’s sometimes Zed One and she’s sometimes Andrea. S\/he reveals all this at the top of Mt. Everest to her lover, Supergirl. So Supergirl takes her to her apartment and reveals her secret identity.<\/p>\n This is in the middle of an ongoing story I don’t know anything about so it was unlikely to be one of my favourites. There’s other stuff going on with characters I don’t know so that part wasn’t as interesting.<\/p>\n It’s not as funny as I thought it would be.<\/p>\n The artwork by Leonard Kirk and Robin Riggs is OK. I like the cover, though — an “S” shape made out of pink bubbles above a manhole cover. The title which usually says “Supergirl” this time says “Supergirl?”<\/p>\n This is the only Supergirl<\/strong> comic I have. I have some interest in reading more, particularly if they’re written by David. I did watch 4 seasons of the TV show<\/a>.<\/p>\n
