Metro Man and Megamind have been fighting each other for a long time. On the day that Metro City is opening a new museum devoted to its defender Metro Man, Megamind puts his new plan into action. Once again Megamind escapes from jail, with a little help from his assistant Minion. And once again Megamind kidnaps Metro Man’s girlfriend Roxanne. This time, by sheer accident, Megamind discovers Metro Man’s weakness — and things are never the same again.<\/p>\n
Megamind<\/strong> was released in 2010.<\/p>\n It’s an animated movie similar in tone to Despicable Me<\/strong>.<\/p>\n When do you have a hero, a villain, a sidekick, and a damsel in distress who are all brilliant characters? In this movie.<\/p>\n There are a few events at the beginning that are obvious, but once it gets going it’s hilarious and extremely clever.<\/p>\n The fun music is by Lorne Balfe (Ironclad<\/strong>) and Hans Zimmer (Man of Steel<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n Megamind is voiced by Will Ferrell (Stranger Than Fiction<\/strong>) and Metro Man is voiced by Brad Pitt (World War Z<\/strong><\/a>). Roxanne is voiced by Tina Fey (the TV show 30 Rock<\/strong>) and Minion is voiced by David Cross (the TV show Arrested Development<\/strong>). Jonah Hill (21 Jump Street<\/strong>), Ben Stiller (Madagascar 3<\/strong><\/a>), and J.K.
