Welcome to the greys.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Holmes and Watson go to London to help Holmes&#8217; old colleague Inspector Lestrade, and while there they run into Sherlock&#8217;s brother Mycroft &#8212; the two brothers don&#8217;t seem to get along very well. Watson has become more observant and therefore more helpful to Holmes&#8217; cases. When the son of the man who accidentally died on her operating table asks Watson for money, she&#8217;s not sure what to do. Holmes is getting letters that he&#8217;s keeping a secret from Watson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elementary<\/strong> season 2 just finished. It&#8217;s just as good as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2013\/09\/elementary-season-1\/\">season 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2014\/05\/castle-season-6\/\"><strong>Castle<\/strong><\/a>, both the individual episodes and the ongoing story are fascinating. Holmes has grown as a person but he doesn&#8217;t want things to change too much. Mycroft turns out to be full of surprises.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Gregson and Detective Bell get more interesting storylines this season.<\/p>\n<p>Big changes are in store for next season.*<\/p>\n<p>Jon Michael Hill (the TV show <strong>Detroit 1-8-7<\/strong>) plays Detective Bell.<\/p>\n<p>Rhys Ifans (<strong>Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1<\/strong>) plays Mycroft. William Sadler (the TV show <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2013\/08\/wonderfalls-season-1\/\"><strong>Wonderfalls<\/strong><\/a>) plays a billionaire who&#8217;s connected to a murder victim.<\/p>\n<p>Natalie Dormer (the TV show <strong>The Tudors<\/strong>) plays Moriarty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spoiler alert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Watson is moving out, and Holmes is joining MI6.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{5\/5} &#8220;The problem with rulebooks, Watson, is that they offer the illusion that leading a moral life is a simple undertaking.
