White Bird in a Blizzard<\/strong>, released in 2014<\/p>\n In 1988 Kat is a teenager when her mother disappears. Kat knows she was unhappy so she thinks she just decided to leave. But the police have a different theory. Kat regularly has strange dreams about her mother in which she’s calling out to her in a blizzard. A couple of years later when Kat is home from college she revisits the time of the disappearance and tries to find the truth. I didn’t find the ending quite as interesting as the beginning, but it was worth watching.
