But you wouldn&#8217;t clap yet. Because making something disappear isn&#8217;t enough; you have to bring it back. That&#8217;s why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call &#8216;the prestige.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Prestige, released in 2006<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Angier and Borden are magicians in the late 19th century. Angier blames Borden for his wife&#8217;s death. Borden blames Angier for shooting him in the hand. Both of them will do whatever it takes to amaze their audience &#8212; including using a machine built by the scientist and wizard known as Tesla. It&#8217;s about magic, secrets, and revenge. I wish I could see it again for the first time &#8212; the surprise is awesome. Stars Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale.
