On the night of the election he ran into an intriguing woman &#8212; a few months later he runs into her again. David finds out her name is Elise and she gives him her phone number. Little do they know there&#8217;s a shadowy organization at work behind the scenes keeping life unfolding the way it&#8217;s supposed to &#8212; and they will stop at nothing to keep the two of them apart.<\/p>\n<p>I felt like this movie was made just for me &#8212; it&#8217;s got an amazing science fictional idea, it&#8217;s got great actors, and it&#8217;s got humour.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about choice, love, and the nature of reality.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of secret passageways that lead in and out of our reality is delightful.<\/p>\n<p>The screenplay is based on Philip K. Dick&#8217;s (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2013\/12\/minority-report\/\"><strong>Minority Report<\/strong><\/a>) short story &#8220;Adjustment Team.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Stars Matt Damon and Emily Blunt. Directed by George Nolfi (co-writer of <strong>The Bourne Ultimatum<\/strong>).
