When a constable from another station dies Murdoch suspects a fellow police officer is the killer. When Inspector Brackenreid&#8217;s son Bobby is kidnapped they soon find out that the kidnappers think they have the son of a prosperous businessman. Meanwhile, Julia gets a job offer at a children&#8217;s hospital in Buffalo.<\/p>\n<p>Each episode is delightful. It&#8217;s worth watching for the individual cases, and for the ongoing story with William and Julia.<\/p>\n<p>Murdoch has several dealings with James and Sally Pendrick &#8212; Murdoch thinks James has committed several crimes but he hasn&#8217;t been able to get proof.
