His passport is no longer valid. As a man without a country he has to stay at the airport &#8212; he can&#8217;t enter the US. Even though he doesn&#8217;t speak much English, Victor is a resourceful and friendly person &#8212; he gradually figures out how things work in the airport.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about promises, persistence, and friendship.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s loosely based on a true story (which happened in Paris).<\/p>\n<p>Zoe Saldana plays an airport employee who goes to <strong>Star Trek<\/strong> conventions &#8212; a few years later she played Uhura in the new <strong>Star Trek<\/strong> movies.<\/p>\n<p>Stars Tom Hanks, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Stanley Tucci. Directed by Steven Spielberg (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmswitzer.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/bridge-of-spies\/\"><strong>Bridge of Spies<\/strong><\/a>).
