Scrubs (season 5)

{5/5} “I dole out compliments, at most, once a year and, like a squirrel, you must gather up these acorns of kind words to sustain you for the upcoming cold, sarcastic months.”

Scrubs season 5, aired in 2005-06

JD has moved out of the apartment he shared with Turk and Carla. He has a list of goals to complete before his 30th birthday, including running a triathlon. Elliott is now working at a different hospital. Carla wants to have a baby but Turk isn’t sure.

Michael Learned stops by for a few episodes — she plays everybody’s favourite patient Mrs. Wilk. Elizabeth Banks plays everybody’s favourite surgeon Kim.

I think I’m now at the point where I’m seeing these episodes for the first time.

This season maintains the level of quality we’ve come to expect — whether it’s funny or serious, it’s brilliant.

I previously reviewed season 4.
