Lucy is inadvertently dosed with a new drug and she becomes the smartest person in the world. Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman give it their best shot but the script lets them down. In terms of action, the movie is only intermittently action oriented. In terms of having something to say, the movie really doesn’t have anything to say.
