Buffy the Vampire Slayer (season 9)

{4.5/5} Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 9 (5 volumes) by Joss Whedon, Andrew Chambliss & others, published in 2012-14
Spike: A Dark Place by Victor Gischler & Paul Lee, published in 2013

Now that magic is gone from the world vampires are different — they’re mindless feral beasts. Willow goes off to find a scythe, Xander and Dawn are trying to stay out of trouble, and Spike is hanging out with giant bug-like creatures. And Buffy finds out she’s pregnant. The characters continue to grow, and it’s an interesting story — although not quite as coherent as the brilliant TV series. If you’re a fan of the series you’ll enjoy these graphic novels but there are moments that seem a bit random.

I previously read and reviewed the first book in this set.
