Big Hero 6
{4/5} “My brain hates my eyes for seeing this.”
Big Hero 6, released in 2014
On the day that Hiro, a young robotics genius, is demonstrating his microbots at the university he wants to attend there’s a fire — his brother Tadashi is killed and his microbots are destroyed. When the single microbot Hiro has left leads him to others, he realizes that the fire was a cover for a robbery — and he enlists the help of Tadashi’s robot Baymax is uncovering the mystery. This is an animated movie, and Baymax is the star. The story isn’t particularly unique, but there’s lots of fun antics with the robot. James Cromwell and T.J. Miller provide voices. Directed by Don Hall & Chris Williams.
I previously reviewed Williams’ movie Bolt.
