Star Trek movies
I’ve seen the first bunch of Star Trek movies more times than any other movies. The last time I watched them I found that some of the best ones didn’t wow me quite as much as they once did. I would have rated Star Trek II, III, IV, and First Contact 5/5 on previous occasions.
The movies that I was disappointed in the first time — Star Trek I, V, and Nemesis — have grown on me. I don’t usually rewatch movies that disappoint me, but I rewatch all the Star Trek movies — and I find that I focus on the good parts.
The last Next Generation movie, Nemesis, would have been much different with 2 changes: Jonathan Frakes should have directed it, and Patrick Stewart should have played Shinzon. If they’d done it that way they could have easily made another 1 or 2 movies.
