Storks

{4.5/5} “Make a plan. Stick to the plan. Always deliver.”

Storks, released in 2016

Storks used to deliver babies, but now they deliver packages for an online store. Junior’s boss tells him he can be the new boss — all he has to do is tell Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, that she’s fired. Tulip only wants to help but when she tries things turn out badly. When they accidentally make a baby they have to deliver it before anyone discovers it.

This is a very funny animated movie.

If you accept the nonsensical premise, you’ll like it a lot.

Stars the voices of Kelsey Grammer and Ty Burrell. Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Doug Sweetland (supervising animator on Cars). The playful music is by Mychael Danna and Jeff Danna.
