Every Day

{4.5/5} “I’ve seen so much. I know what makes each person different, and what makes everyone the same.”

Every Day, released in 2018

Rhiannon has a particularly fun day with her boyfriend Nathan. The next day he barely looks at her and meanwhile, there’s a new girl at school shadowing her. The next day she runs into a guy at a party who she likes hanging out with. And the next day she meets a girl who claims that she was with her the previous three days — she wakes up in a new body every day.

I love the premise, and the story unfolds in a charming way.

The characters have serious issues to deal with, but the story has some humour and romance.

Stars Angourie Rice, Jacob Batalon, and Ian Alexander. Directed by Michael Sucsy (The Vow).
