Travelers (season 1)

{5/5} “Hey, as long as you’re not an assassin or a Hollywood actress researching a character. Those are the two worst case scenarios I came up with while I was laying awake all night.”

Travelers season 1, aired in 2016-17

Agent Grant MacLaren of the FBI has been tracking some suspicious traffic in chat rooms that he believes to be terrorists. When he goes to the abandoned building that they’re all meeting in, he finds them — they’re not terrorists, they’re from the future. In the future there’s been an apocalypse, so they’ve come back to stop that from happening this time around.

The pilot episode is thrilling, and the episodes after that continue to be so.

One more quotation: “No plan survives contact with the past.”

And one more quotation: “I know what happened, dear. I’m from the future.”

The ending of every episode will make you want to watch the next one.

Louis Ferreira guest stars in one episode.

Stars Eric McCormack, MacKenzie Porter, and Nesta Cooper.

Created by Brad Wright (Stargate Universe).
