Travelers (season 3)

{5/5} “Welcome to the 21st.”

Travelers season 3, aired in 2018

Kat, David, Jeff, Ray, and Grace were kidnapped by Vincent Ingram, otherwise known as Traveler 001. Vincent forced Grant, Marcy, Carly, and Philip to create videos where they revealed that they were from the future. Vincent had extended his life 16 years past when he was supposed to die, and he was ready to go — but first he wanted to make sure that his son would be all right, and he wanted the existence of people from the future revealed to the world.

This is the last season.

It’s about teamwork, sacrifice, and persistence. My favourite character is David, who’s unfailingly kind and generous.

Although not everything is wrapped up — they would have made more episodes if it hadn’t been cancelled — the conclusion we do get is bold and ultimately very satisfying.

Magda Apanowicz guest stars in several episodes.

Stars Leah Cairns, Jennifer Spence, and J. Alex Brinson.

I previously reviewed season 2.
