3rd Rock from the Sun season 2, aired in 1996-97

Dick wants to tell Mary that he’s an alien, but Sally thinks it’s a bad idea. Sally’s having trouble understanding what Mr. Randall wants from her — but when she runs into Officer Don they have a special way of connecting. Harry tries video dating. When Harry accidentally chains himself to a tree during a protest, they convince him to run for city council. Although Dick initially disdains football, he becomes a big fan of the school team.

After 1 visit in season 1, Wayne Knight joins the cast as police officer Don, who becomes Sally’s boyfriend. Knight and Johnson’s interactions are thrillingly hilarious.

Guest stars include George Takei, Al Franken, and Greg Proops. Mark Hamill has a fun cameo. Christine Baranski makes a particularly memorable appearance.

Stars Kristen Johnston, French Stewart, and Simbi Khali.

This is the 2nd time I’ve seen it.
