Only Murders in the Building (season 1)

{5/5} “We’re the heroes of this building. Before us, you could be killed in your own apartment, and no one would know it.” — Oliver

Only Murders in the Building season 1, aired in 2021

Three people who don’t really know each other but live in the same building decide to start a podcast about a murder that happened in their building. They’re determined to figure out who murdered the guy, even when it seems the police are not up to the task. Meanwhile, Mabel has been hiding a big secret from the group. Meanwhile, Charles finds a woman he wants to date for the first time in a while. Meanwhile, Oliver is out of money and is about to be evicted.

This show is hilarious, and it also has a great mystery.

Guest stars include Nathan Lane, Tina Fey, and Sting.

Stars Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez.

This was surprisingly enjoyable the second time through as well. There were enough details and twists and turns that I found myself caught up in it all again, and not quite remembering how the season would end. I think I found the humour funnier this time, as over-the-top it is. Glad you liked it, and that we could watch the whole season with you!
