Joan discovers a show called “Joan is Awful” on the streaming service she watches, Streamberry. She is shocked to find that it contains things from her own life — private things that she doesn’t even want her boyfriend Krish to see. Krish does see it, and he leaves her. Everyone at work also saw the show, and she is fired. She goes to her lawyer to find out what she can do about all this, and finds that she can’t do anything — it’s all in the terms and conditions that she signed without reading.
This episode is called “Joan is Awful.”
It starts out brilliantly, and has a brilliant twist. Streamberry looks just like Netflix, the service this show is on.
It’s funny and clever.
