Extraordinary (season 2)
{5/5} “It’s not possible to escape your past. It clings to you like dust settling into the once clean carpet of your future. And the Hoover of change has poor suction.”
Extraordinary season 2, aired in 2024
Jen starts seeing a coach who is going to help her find her power — he takes her inside her own mind. Carrie, after breaking up with Kash, decides to throw away a bunch of stuff — she throws it in the void. Kash gets a job as Carrie’s assistant but he can’t do anything. Jen and the man formerly known as Rob are now a couple, but he has discovered that he has a wife and child that he’s forgotten.
This is the last season.
It’s fully of hilarity, and occasionally trying to be a better person.
The storyline is wrapped up nicely, unless you watch the last few seconds — in which case, there’s an unbearable cliffhanger.
Stars Siobhán McSweeney, Robbie Gee, and Kwaku Mills.
I previously reviewed season 1.
