FAQ About Time Travel
{4.5/5} “Time travel. It’ll turn your brain into spaghetti if you let it. Best not to think about it. Best just to get on with the job in hand. Which is destroying the enemy before they’re even born and have a chance to threaten us. We’re expecting any resistance to be light, because the ancestors of our enemies have yet to evolve any thumbs… or indeed spines.”
Ray, Toby, and Pete are having a few drinks at the local pub. Ray often talks about time travel but today he meets Cassie, a woman who claims to be from the future. She says she’s investigating a time leak. After she leaves, strange things happen. Pete finds the pub full of dead bodies after he goes to the washroom, and then after the three of them go to the washroom they find their spots at the booth occupied — by their earlier selves.
